Supplier/Factory Audit; Initial Production Check; During Production Inspection; Production Monitoring; Pre-shipment Inspection (Final Random Inspection); Container Loading Supervision; Laboratory Testing; Draft Survey.

4. Logistics service:Efficient delivery and tailored logistics are parts of the service provided by us.

5. Design service:Some clients do not have their own designer. They need pay for other company/person who can make artwork or mockup. It usually wastes time & money. Sometimes, the artwork & mockup cannot be used by the factory because the designer is good at design, but they are not familiar with the products structure. Judging from the picture, it's a good works, but considerate make thing simple during mass production, we have more experience to make a better choice. This service is only for our partner, it's hardly free or need you pay very reasonable cost.

T/T 30% advance payment before mass production and 70% balance pay before shipment

Your own brand packing : 10 days (MOQ: 500pcs)

Warranty & RMA policy:
When our goods were shipped out, we offer three years of warranty. For defective goods, please send them back for our repair. Our returning proceeding are both of us should be individual paid the transportation cost of one time.

Sample Policy:
For new customer, we need ask receive sample charge in advance for the first sample delivery. We promise you we will return sample charge back to you when you order with us in future.
